Godliman Partners is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
The AESC's mission is to promote the highest professional standards in retained executive search consulting, broaden public understanding of the executive search process, and serve as an advocate for the interests of its member firms.
The AESC is the sole accrediting body for retained executive search firms worldwide and is recognized by the United States Government and the European Commission as the representative body for the retained executive search industry.
Membership is subject to a comprehensive vetting process which included taking references from our clients and other member firms, as well as a full on-site audit of our systems, processes, and quality standards, to ensure that Godliman subscribes to the profession's Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines.
Godliman Partners is one of only twenty five AESC firms in the UK. There are only 160 AESC member firms worldwide.
