Consultants
Rupert Reed
Rupert spent his early career as Strategy Consultant and then Credit Analyst with the HSBC Group in Hong Kong and Korea, before joining the British Diplomatic Service (FCO) in 1992. He served as First Secretary Political & Economic in London and the former Yugoslavia. In 1998, he joined a leading European Executive Search firm as a Consultant in their Financial Services division, covering Private Equity and Asset Management. Since 1999, he has focused exclusively on the Asset Management sector. Graduated 1988, MA (Hons), Logic & Metaphysics, St. Andrews University.

Michael Chesterman
Michael began his career on the London Stock Exchange with Prudential Bache Securities in 1984, before moving into aircraft finance and structured finance with Arbuthnot Latham and HSBC, respectively. He began his Search career in 1996 with Berry Wilson Associates, and established his own research consultancy in 1998. Michael has combined his experience of capital markets and banking with a highly developed understanding of research methodology. In the past decade, as well as leading successful searches in every function of Investment Banking and Asset Management, he has developed and implemented the research architecture for two leading specialist Asset Management Search firms.

Sarah Rogerson
Sarah spent her early career at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income before entering the Search industry in 1997. She worked at two leading European Executive Search firms, working in London and New York, covering Investment Banking and Asset Management. Graduated 1995, BA (Hons), Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies, University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Alice spent her early career in recruitment where she specialised in Accounting. She joined Godliman in 2006. Graduated 2004, BA (Hons), Politics, University of Exeter.
