Careers

We are always interested in hearing from people who share our values and vision.
Experienced Professionals
When recruiting experienced professionals, whether Researchers or Consultants,  we look for people with a passion for excellence, a belief in the power of the team, integrity and an entrepreneurial drive.
Godliman provides a stimulating and challenging environment in which to work:  we give our staff a great deal of responsibility, and we recognise and reward high achievement.
Whether you currently work in Asset Management Search, or in a related area, we would be happy to hear from you.

Graduate Entry
If you are a graduate considering a career in search, we would like to hear from you.
Career development is central to our success as the largest Asset Management Executive Search practice in the UK.  Our comprehensive onboarding and ongoing  internal and external training programme ensures you receive support throughout your career at Godliman Partners.  Within their first 18 months at Godliman, all our Research Associates receive training for the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) exams, and well as attending the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) academy, for the AESC Certified Researcher certification.
If you are interesting in applying to Godliman, you will need at least a upper second class degree from a top tier university.

Internships
Every year, Godliman offers two twelve month internships to undergraduate University students.  These are interesting and challenging roles,  providing an excellent understanding of the City and Executive Search.
Our Internship programme has also frequently led to an offer of full time employment at Godliman.  Out of our 11 London-based staff,  five were former Interns: two of those are now Consultants – and one is a Partner.
We already have our Interns for 2015 in place.
