In the past, headhunters only deployed research resource in areas where a Search had been commissioned by clients.   So ‘track record’ was important because, unless a headhunter had recently executed a Search in, say, UK Equity Small Caps, they would have no information on that product area.
Godliman’s intelligence-driven model means that we deploy permanent resource, ensuring our knowledge base is up to date across all key product areas at all times.  Our weekly press digest is a by-product of this effort.  Our proprietary knowledge base contains details on over 50,000 people in the EMEA Asset Management sector.
Godliman differs from other Search firms in that we aim to give our Clients a fully transparent service. This means that we are happy to share the full market map, not just a Long List or Short List of potential candidates.  This allows our  Clients to place the Short List within the broader context of the overall market.
