Part of our Purpose as a firm is to raise standards in the Industry.

We feel there is a lack of trust towards headhunters generally, caused partly by poor or variable historic standards of service delivery within the industry.

But it is also partly due to a lack of understanding of how different types of headhunters do what they do, which can lead to bad choices of service providers. A colleague in one of the leading Search Boutiques once wryly commented to us that 'companies deserve the headhunters they choose'.

So Godliman aim to de-mystify the Executive Search process to help prospective employers make better-informed choices of Search providers, as well as to more effectively manage and control the progress of specific assignments.

We do this by offering free training to hiring managers and HR Executives within the Asset Management firms, irrespective of whether your company is or ever will be a Client.

We also provide training to Researchers and Consultants at other Search firms. Our founding partner, Megan Stuart-Mills, continues to train the theory and practice of executive search, providing structured practical training modules to many of the leading Executive Search practices in the City.
